Position not showing on Sierra chart again-CTS T4 new connection model Dorman Trading

Good afternoon, I have an account with Dorman trading for futures trading and as the market closed and the new day started, my position vanished again from my Sierra chart (which is connected to CTS T4 data feed). This is the 2nd time this has happened. Could you please contact CTS and have them fix this as soon as possible? I don't necessarily want to close my position yet, but I want to have the option to do it obviously if the need arises.

We have confirmed this is an issue on the CTS side because we reestablished the FIX connection to CTS from the order routing server and we still do not see a Position in your account.

Can you tell us what the position quantity is and the symbol. We already know what the account number is and we will contact CTS about this as soon as we hear back from you.

This is the answer from CTS:
the user’s account was not set up for daily position rollover. Dorman has corrected the issue so going forward positions will carry from one session to the next for this account.
