Good afternoon, I have an account with Dorman trading for futures trading and as the market closed and the new day started, my position vanished again from my Sierra chart (which is connected to CTS T4 data feed). This is the 2nd time this has happened. Could you please contact CTS and have them fix this as soon as possible? I don't necessarily want to close my position yet, but I want to have the option to do it obviously if the need arises.
