Chart/Goto Date-Time Commend not working after Windows 10 Version 1703 Update

I update my Windows 10 Version 1511 to Windows 10 Version 1703 on April 18, 2017. Since then the Chart/ Goto Date-Time commend has been behaving strangely. The calendar showed April 24, 2017 but the number showed 4/4/17. The hour-minute-second line showed only one number. Please look into this and has it fixed. Thank you.

This is something that Microsoft has to resolve. It is an operating system problem.

We want to say that there is something that we can do to work around this issue, but we want to give Microsoft about 30 days to solve this themselves. We remember this is the kind of issue that we saw with Windows Vista back about 10 years ago and Microsoft did gradually cleanup the problems in the subsequent months after the release of Vista. It is very unfortunate this is happening, and the best advice we can give in the short term is to roll back the Windows 10 update.
