not getting ES historical data

I only get Daily bar charts if in chart settings I indicate Intraday Chart but Weekly which pulls historical data doesn't pull Any data

OK we see what the problem is. The first thing we want you to do is to update to the current version following the instructions here:
Software Download: Fast Update

See if that resolves the problem. If not, then a firewall your system is probably blocking HTTP connections.
