Is there currently a way to add/subtract a fixed value to the weekly open?

For example, add half weekly ATR to open and subtract half weekly ATR to weekly open to create two lines/bands which don't change after open.

Thanks any help appreciated.

You need to use the Period OHLC - Variable Period study to get the weekly open :

You can then use the arithmetic studies with the studies that you want to work with in the calculation:

thanks, So there are these ATR spikes instead of just bands,

So I'd like the ATR value of the weekly ATR added and subtracted from the weekly open, but it wont quite work for me .

Thanks for your help

Take a look at this site. I think the visual ATR indicator is what you are looking for.

In regards to post #3, we will need to get the Chartbook containing no more than two charts so we can see the setup you are using. Here are instructions to provide that:

This is a custom study. If you want the dll file let me know and i'll provide it in a separate post. I also attached screen shots of what I think he is trying to do.

We were asking for the Chartbook from the user who posted in post #3 so we can help them with the issue.

If what you posted is useful for them, then also post the DLL file as well so they can use that.

That is very useful if I could have the DLL file please. Exactly what I was looking for.

Is it customisable (daily ATR as well, multiplier etc)

Thanks very much
