Custom indicator for a multi-chart/ticker indicator criteria count

Good evening, My objective is to create an indicator that would be a count of how many tickers in a group of charts(50) have a stochastic under 20---is there an indicator that will do this or is a spreadsheet the best approach---or something else? Many many thanks, Cy |
