HI,

It seems that the trade service account balance on CTS is not updating. Looks as if it's the static starting balance.

I've noticed the same issue with the service account balance the latest version.

I've also noticed that alert sounds do not play when orders are filled, targets and stops hit, etc. The sounds DO play when in SIM mode however. Also, if I disconnect and then connect, I hear a bunch of sounds play in a row as if the alerts were queued up or something...

So far, after two attempts, I'm not that impressed with the CTS FIX feed - historical intraday data doesn't go back as far as their other service for instance.

I'm going to roll back to the v997 (last known good for me) and the other CTS T4 connection (again) this weekend, and stick with that for a month or two before I retry the FIX feed.

Another thing I'm noticing is an occassional attached order hanging in pending status...
Also, when switching accounts orders don't update to the account.

1. The account balance not updating issue with CTS FIX should be resolved in the next release.

2. We will do our best to resolve these order fill processing issues and order alert issues in the next release. However, we have done a technical review of this by the senior engineer and they are seeing that there are some limitations with CTS FIX which need to be addressed by CTS in order to achieve the best and most reliable integration.

3. We are not able to do anything further with CTS historical data. At this point the integration to what is offered by CTS is as best as we can do.


4. What exactly is the problem you see when switching accounts? Your description is not detailed enough for us. Currently Sierra Chart does not filter working orders based upon trade account, so you will see all of them displayed no matter what account is selected.

Is it possible to bring multiple account support to stable release for CTS API Version 997.

IT seems CTS has more to do to fine tune CTS FIX.
It took much longer than usual for CTS FIX to complete intraday back-fill request.

Yes we understand and we do not blame you. And we do apologize for this.

There are combination of things going on. The FIX interface from CTS is changing and being improved upon and has had its limitations and problems. We are progressively working through all of this.

They have released some very critical improvements which allow us to handle orders and overall provide better trading integration. We are releasing the changes in 1014. There is still more work to do and we are discussing that with them.

1014 is being released now.

You are definitely going to notice much more stable order handling with CTS using 1014. We are also using Sierra Chart managed OCO because we see some odd problems with orders using the CTS OCO.
