I've noticed the same issue with the service account balance the latest version. I've also noticed that alert sounds do not play when orders are filled, targets and stops hit, etc. The sounds DO play when in SIM mode however. Also, if I disconnect and then connect, I hear a bunch of sounds play in a row as if the alerts were queued up or something... So far, after two attempts, I'm not that impressed with the CTS FIX feed - historical intraday data doesn't go back as far as their other service for instance. I'm going to roll back to the v997 (last known good for me) and the other CTS T4 connection (again) this weekend, and stick with that for a month or two before I retry the FIX feed.
