Can't Connect to TransAct

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is on Sierra Charts end or TransAct, but I can't connect to TranAct?

I read your latest Sticky post, and I'm not using a 3rd party firewall, and I turned off my Windows firewall for testing. I still connect to TransAct.

Please let me know.

In most cases this is going to mean that Transact server is not available at this time.

At the moment I can't connect as well, they are probably doing maintenance.

Ok, well they have been down for about 7 hours.
