Its been several days since I've activated my subscription and I've been waiting for my real time data for equities, NYSE and NASDAQ. I've sent several requests via support tickets and got one response with no follow up. I contacted Barchart as they provide the data feed and was told today (after two days of leaving messages with them) that this type of data is not supported. I've added funds to my service balance and spent several days setting up workspaces. Sierra Chart always says they serve professionals but this appears to not be the case. I've requested a phone call but have not received one so I'm trying here to get support.

We apologize for the delay. We should have followed up sooner. We just have been very busy and needed time to look into the implementation details of how to support the professional exchanges for US equities. Currently they are only supported for futures. We may still be able to do that for you.

Anyway we have followed up to your Account Support Ticket and recommend using IQ Feed for the time being.

I requested a call in my original ticket, then again on my second response to the ticket. Thank you for following up on this issue- it appears we are going to be able to make everything work via DTN. As this is a more expensive route, I hope that y'all continue working towards having access to equities data for professionals via the Sierra Data Feed.

OK we apologize for not recognizing that you wanted a call. Maybe we did not call because we were not sure how it was going to help and we needed to contact Barchart first.
