Its been several days since I've activated my subscription and I've been waiting for my real time data for equities, NYSE and NASDAQ. I've sent several requests via support tickets and got one response with no follow up. I contacted Barchart as they provide the data feed and was told today (after two days of leaving messages with them) that this type of data is not supported. I've added funds to my service balance and spent several days setting up workspaces. Sierra Chart always says they serve professionals but this appears to not be the case.
