I have tried two ways to extract this information, but to no avail: spreadsheet study and through the export functions in Edit menu command. If there is another way to get this data into a text file, then please advise.

Also, when trying with the spreadsheet study, the plotted data aka tpos/vbp get squinched together as can be seen with the attachment.

You need to use the TPO Value Area Lines study on a separate chart:

You must do this on a completely separate chart and export the data with this command:

thank you for your reply. I have tried this as well, but the data fails to conform to an actual TPO study even though all the settings are identical regarding chart and study settings. Any other advice?

PS I am currently checking to see if there is something I may have missed.

found the factor causing the discrepancy.

Could you please still take a look at the reason why the TPO study chart gets squished when adding a spreadsheet study to it?

Thx again!

Why do you think that is the case? You can answer this better than we can. Obviously it is outputting values into Chart Region 1 which are very different than the standard prices.

You are in a much better position to understand what is going on than we are. You know the formulas you are working with.

Obvious for some, less obvious for others. Regretfully, I had no idea it was outputting to the main graph. Thx for helping my understanding!

Therefore, go into the Study Settings window for that Spreadsheet Study and set the Chart Region to 2.
