Sierra,

Not sure what you've done in v1530 but its messed my saved TC1..8 config settings for fib retracements and extensions. I also cant roll back to a previous version (pre 1530) as it seems somethings been introduced in 1530 that means my Chartbooks are incompatible with previous versions.

Seems the config buttons dont work in the control bar header.... I have used all levels in the pre versions so the jump to 64 might have had an affect. I can see two 'Tool' Level % in the list so that seems odd.

It seems to copy all of my levels (in config 1 and 2... TC 1 and TC 2) into just TC 1.

If there is a problem with an existing Drawing Tool Configuration, then set the configuration as you require and save it again. Here is the documentation:
Chart Drawing Tools: Drawing Tool Configuration

We are not sure why there is a problem but if you resave the configuration you will not have a problem going forward.

I also cant roll back to a previous version (pre 1530) as it seems somethings been introduced in 1530 that means my Chartbooks are incompatible with previous versions.

Why do you say this? Chart Drawings saved in Chartbooks with 1530 or higher, will not be read in an older version, but you can always use backup Chartbooks to access them:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File

Otherwise, there is no issue with going back to a prior version.

I can see two 'Tool' Level % in the list so that seems odd.

What do you mean by this specifically?:
Seems the config buttons dont work in the control bar header.

See attached, I had to do two screenshots and merge them together as there are two many levels to do on one screenshot. One 'Tool' at the top of the levels and another at the bottom of the levels.

When I first plot a fib retracement it seems to plot correctly but when I flip to TC 2 (using the Control Bar Button) it includes all levels and I hit TC 1 button and nothing happens....the text just goes bold.

OK clearly we can see something is wrong here. Just give us about a day to look into this.

To test this properly we are going to need your Sierra3.cfg file. It will be privately attached. It does not contain any login information. It is contained within the main Sierra Chart folder. Attach it here following these instructions:

We want you to update to Prerelease 1534. We are putting this out in about 20 minutes.

After the update go to any of the Chart Drawing Tool configurations which are not correct (like Level % >> Tool in the wrong location) and then press the R button on the Tool Configuration window to reset them back to default. After that you can configure them as required.

Thanks...that Prerelease 1534 looks to have sorted the issue now. It also looks like I didn't need to reset the levels and re-add them from scratch as the prerelease worked out the box.
