I'm trading futures and I need to have Relative Volume and Volume Profile for ES, NQ and TF, real time data. I got the Optimuscreen service package #5 but I still cannot get the futures symbols and charting. What else do I need to get this going?

Please advise.
Thank you

So what you are saying is you require the historical and real-time market data?

So your futures broker is Optimus Futures?

You can open charts through File >> Find Symbol. You will just receive the historical data for now. Tell us that you are at least receiving historical data.

We also want you to update Sierra Chart through Help >> Download Current Version.

My broker for my trading is Trade Station, I just need to get real time and historical data for ES, NQ, TF to get Relative Volume and Volume Profile, I got Optimus package #5 believing it was the package to get the charting and real time feed but it is not, Optimus is a Broker, Should I cancel Optimus Services and get Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed or keep Optimus and just add real time data connection and exchange fees for ES, NQ TF?

How many services do I have to connect?

1-Real Time data feed, (in this case would be Optimus?)
2- Real Time Data Connection.
3- Exchanges fees.

Am'I correct?

Than you!

We have set your Sierra Chart account to be a default account and not associated with Optimus Futures.

Since you are using Trade Station which is not a supported futures broker, you will pay more for exchange fees. You are going to need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Refer to this page for information about it and setup instructions:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

These are the exchange fees you will need:
CME, Globex only (For users without a trading account): Price 42 USD/month.
ICE USA: Price 115.5 USD/month.

For complete information about futures data refer to:
Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included?

To open a chart, follow the instructions here:

No. There is nothing to cancel. Your account is now a standard Sierra Chart account. There is nothing further you need to do in that regard.

The only other outstanding item is deciding on the real-time data feed.

I just checked the exchanges that you told me I will need.

CME (Globex only) $42 per month but I need ES,NQ for regular trading hours not globex...
ICE USA: Is this for Russell only?

Globex refers to the trading system, not trading hours. Trading for these contracts is all electronic as well as virtually all of the CME contracts at this time.

ICE USA includes all ICE USA contracts including the dollar index, coffee, sugar and cocoa.

There is also the cost of the real-time data feed itself at 25 USD per month.

I paid for Optimuscreen package #5. Do I need to keep this service to get ES, NQ real time and historical data or it is not necessary? If I don't need it then I want to be reimbursed.

Yes, you still do need Sierra Chart Service Package 5.

You need to keep that. And you also need to get the data feed as well. Here are the setup instructions for the data feed:

I have set up everything as indicated and still do not have access to charts and real time data. I closed and restarted the platform and nothing happened. USD/Month

Real-Time Data Connections: $35

Exchange Fees: $42

Could you please verify what I'm missing?
Thank you!

Your account is set up correctly for CME data.

Open a chart through File >> Find Symbol. Use the symbol ESM17
