Unable to display Volume by Price study

I am a new subscriber, Service Package 5, and am trying to open the Volume Profile study on my chart. However, when I add Volume by Price to my Studies to Graph list in the Chart Studies window and click OK, nothing happens; no Volume Profile is displayed. What am I doing wrong. Thanks for your help.
