Hi Sierra,

I know we can set up volume filtering on the cumulative delta indicators through the chart settings window, but I would ask that you please consider adding this an input to the indicator. It is common for me to have several volume related tools on the same chart but I would want some of those tools to use unfiltered volume.

As an example, I may want to have 2 cumulative delta indicators on the chart. 1 is unfiltered and 1 is filtering for big lots only.

With thanks in advance,
MK

There is zero percent chance of this because of how the volume filtering is done. It is not technically possible.

Instead you need to use a separate chart and use the Study/Price Overlay Study:

Hi Support,

I don't understand why it is technically not possible - you guys are already doing what I am requesting with the large trade volume indicator. This is the exact same functionality, filtering at a tick level for volume >= a user specified threshold. All these volume tools should have it as a user specified input.

Please reconsider it, all your competitors do it as I mention above.

No chance of reconsideration. You will need to use a competitors program. If we lose some business over it, it will not change anything.

The Large Volume Trade Indicator has its own specialized underlying Volume at Price container to support it. There is a substantial underlying functionality to support that.

What you want is not supported and cannot be reasonably supported.

Although you do not have to use a competitors program because you just need open another chart, set the Volume Filtering as you require and then use the Study/Price Overlay study.

You will also want to set this Input to Yes with the study:

As we said this is already supported. And the answer on how to do this is given in post #6.
