I usually trade 3 contracts. I have a target for 1 contract. I do not set a target for the other two contracts and leave those as runners. I want the same stop for all 3 contracts. The only way I can seem to so this is with two separate stop orders. The stop OCO all groups does not work. When I've made trades with 2 stop orders some of the orders are left hanging on the chart after the position is closed. I have to re-load the chart for the hanging order to cancel out. Also, the profit/loss is not always accurate. I always check with Tranact/Zaner DOM screen to verify orders and balances. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

So you are saying orders that were canceled continue to appear on a chart?

If so, there are 2 things you should do:

Update to the latest version of Sierra Chart.

If you continue to see the problem you will need to contact TransAct support so they can check the log files.

What Profit/Loss value are you referring to? There are numerous ones and we do not know which one.

I have the latest version of Sierra Chart (997). Therefore, I'll check with TransAct support.

The P&L that is not matching my TransAct statement is the P&L on the chart trade window. It's all related in my opinion.

Thanks for the very prompt reply.

That version is good. The latest version is 1009. However, we do not expect that would make a difference with this particular problem.

The main question for TransAct was there an indication that the order was canceled. The log files will indicate this.

As an alternative, when you see this issue just go to Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service. Any orders which are not actually working will be immediately removed from the chart.

Are you referring to the open position Profit and Loss? If so, this is very dependent upon the average position price. How that is determined is documented here:
