So you are saying orders that were canceled continue to appear on a chart? If so, there are 2 things you should do: Update to the latest version of Sierra Chart. If you continue to see the problem you will need to contact TransAct support so they can check the log files. What Profit/Loss value are you referring to? That version is good. The latest version is 1009. However, we do not expect that would make a difference with this particular problem. The main question for TransAct was there an indication that the order was canceled. The log files will indicate this. As an alternative, when you see this issue just go to Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service. Any orders which are not actually working will be immediately removed from the chart. Are you referring to the open position Profit and Loss? If so, this is very dependent upon the average position price.
