Hi,
I have a new account by the AMP futures.I will be trading with Sierra Chart.
I allreday use sierra chart and i will continuoue with my charts data in sierra.
Is this possibble? What should i do?

Yes. You can use your Sierra Chart account with AMP.

Hi,
I connected with CQG but although I paid for package 5, I can not use tools like TPO, DVP, Number bars etc which should be included in package 5. Can you adapt my package 5 to my CQG connection?

We see your Sierra Chart account is on service package 3. Follow the instructions below to change to service package 5:


To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

Hi,
I changed it already. But the problem is I have two Sierra accounts. One is my original account with account name surel07 with the package 5, the other one is the 14 day trial account with the account number 619752 which I currently trade. What I want is that I want my package 5 in my trading account 619752. Can you make the necessary adjustments?

What is the Sierra Chart Account Name of the account you want to change to service package 5?

In this particular case you need to contact the broker and have them change the service package to 5. This is something we cannot do from our side.
