I seem to get frequent message log alerts http connections shut down and closed alerts....pls see attached file

You need to disable this option in Global Settings >> General Settings:
General Settings Window: Periodically Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals)
