I've noticed when using the Account Balance-External Service study that the account balance goes to zero many times. For instance if I place a pending order and then later cancel it, the account balance will go to 0.00 and stay there. I have to close the program and reboot, and only then will my account balance show up. I'm am using SC with the Zenfire feed.

Your help is appreciated in troubleshooting the problem.

I also just took a look at the Trade Orders and Positions page and viewed the Balance tab. It seems that the actual balance in SC differs from my actual balance with my broker. There are no open positions and my entire account is in cash, but SC differs from my actual broker balance.

1. The problem with the account balance going to 0 with Rithmic/Zen-Fire is now resolved. This will be included in the next release.

2. Not sure about the balance difference. We use what is provided from the server.

Thanks for the resolving the account balance going to zero problem.

About the balance difference, is there any possible settings in SC that could be effecting the balance that I am not aware of? I have yet to even place a trade with this broker and my entire balance is in cash. So there should be no reason why these two balances don't match. Fyi, the broker balance is the correct balance, it's the SC balance that is off. I will call my broker tomorrow and ask about their servers, but in the meantime, if there is anything in SC I may be overlooking, your help is appreciated. Thanks.

Wait for the next release. There are 2 balances available. There is an account balance and a margin balance. The next version will display both.

Great. Any idea of when the next release will be? I'm just wondering if I should contact my broker and begin troubleshooting on their end, or should I wait for the next SC release to solve the problem? Thanks.

Do you believe the new release will solve the balance difference issue? Or would you suggest contacting my broker tech support to begin troubleshooting on their end? Just wondering which way to proceed. Thx.
