I've noticed when using the Account Balance-External Service study that the account balance goes to zero many times. For instance if I place a pending order and then later cancel it, the account balance will go to 0.00 and stay there. I have to close the program and reboot, and only then will my account balance show up. I'm am using SC with the Zenfire feed. Your help is appreciated in troubleshooting the problem.
