the Yellow Download bars

When I open Sierra and my charts, they have always opened up quickly - once up, the yellow "download" bars come on and update within seconds since they are open daily. However, in the past week, the bars stay up for as long as 15 minutes before the charts are updated. This happens even when I'm using the charts, but the computer goes to sleep after an hour and when reopened, again have to wait 15 minutes ... sometimes more. It is not the computer because EVERYTHING opens fast.
How do I fix this

Follow the instructions here to remove any unused or expired symbols:

We see you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. Is there a reason why you are using version 1307?

We see you are using Interactive Brokers. Refer to this section here about this:

I tried downloading the current version - but it still says version 1307. What am I doing wrong - I don't want to lose my set ups, so I downloaded "current version, old spreadsheets".
And again, the yellow bars saying "waiting to download historical data" are up and the charts aren't updating (and I had it open only a few minutes ago).

Do you have a requirement for Old Spreadsheets?

In regards to slow downloading when using Interactive Brokers, refer to this section here:

I was keeping the old spreadsheets because they have the studies set up. Don't I lose my set ups if I go to new spreadsheets?
How do I get the current version since when I downloaded, it did say download complete and I followed the instructions; but when I hit "Help" and "About" it still shows Version 1307.

Can you confirm that you actually are using the Spreadsheet Study?

This is documented here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SpreadsheetStudy.html

Stay on the version you are and follow the instructions in this section here:

I just realized I am not using the spreadsheets ... actually, am technologically challenged so don't understand how to set alarms. I have downloaded the newest version, however, the yellow bars are still lasting a long time - longer than 10 minutes ...
don't know how to get them back to the speed they were just a week ago.
