i know im told to wait but i made a whole new chart book with new studies , can you run this and see if you have issue opening it ? it just spins and sierra cpu goes to zero .

this is new chartbook i built so not old one i was having issue with

We notice it does use custom studies.

So run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode:

Running in safe mode may solve the problem.

We want you to test the Chartbook with version 1522 which is the current release.

Test both with Safe Mode and without Safe Mode. This is enabled through the Sierra Chart login window.

If there is no problem when using Safe Mode, then it indicates the problem is with custom studies. In that case refer to help topic 17:

You might just need to recompile the custom studies on the current version. While that is normally not necessary, there may have been a change we may have done which inadvertently caused an unexpected problem.
