I'm using chart trader. I can enter a position using bracket order and the limit shows up, but not the stop order. Both orders are listed in IB platform. The bracket order works and is visible in the simulation mode.

After looking at orders and positions window I think the stop order was somehow deactivated.

Do you consistently notice this problem where the stop has a price of 0?

I submitted another bracket order and it did the same thing. If I reboot both TWS and SC, the stop order is visible on the SC chart. I think it is a problem with TWS because the dropdown box on the stop order was not in the proper increments normal to that contract. I'm going to try to install an older version of TWS. Do you have a certain version of TWS that works best with SC?

We cannot comment about TWS versions. We do not know.

At best you might need to restart Trader Workstation. Restarting Sierra Chart will not help with a problem like this.
