incorrect symbol

Sierra is not allowing me to place live orders and giving me the following error:

"Text: Symbol is incorrect or not defined. Internal Order ID 7800. Service Order ID (none). Symbol F.US.EmdH17|2017-02-02"

I know the problem is the small letters "md", but it's not allowing me to correct it. I tried manually selecting the symbol and i tried manually overwriting with the capital letters. when i hit Apply it switches back to small letters. i also unlinked the chart just in case it was pulling it from another linked chart.

I'm sure i mistakenly typed those small letters into the Chart Setting>Symbol, but why won't it let me correct it?

Disregard. i was able to change the symbol to a different period (June), Apply, then come back in and change it to March. Seems to have corrected the issue.

However, it should not have required the change to a different contract to correct.

In the next release, it will be supported to change the case of an existing symbol.

Previously this was the case, but due to some changes at some point in time, this became a problem again.
