I have same problem this morning for CL contract on Nymex after re activating the account

Maybe there is a longer delay in the re-activation after payment. 2 hours later it was working again.

You should begin to receive the real-time data within five minutes after activation of exchange. But maybe there was a longer delay on the Barchart side.

Yes I saw the message after payment that is why I contacted support but I think it took Barchart 2 hours to get it back from delayed data to real-time data.

We really would not expect that. Next time if you do not receive real-time data within five minutes, restart Sierra Chart and force a login:

If you are still not receiving the real-time data, then that really probably would indicate it is on the Barchart side.
