5min stock charts no updating in real time

I have [M] next to my symbols in order to bring charts up to date I have to press Dis then CON i get the message; symbol is unknown.... but charts refresh to latest 5 minute bar and then go no further |

We want you to reconnect to the data feed following the instructions here: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers Also make sure the symbols have .BZ after the end of the stock symbol since you are using BATS.
