Hi I updated sierra charts and after that all my market profile charts are not working. I trade hogs and cattles and my profile start period is 09:05 chicago time, and the first half hour is until 09:30. Not i have the "A" column.. I attached an imagine!!! Please let me know how to change the set up. I tryed to instal the old version, but I have the same problem In chart setting If i put 09:00 the profile is ok, but for me is not good because i need the pit opening time and value!!! Thanks Greg |

HI The time zone is Chicago time I attached you the set up I use, there are more charts but i think you can find the hogs and cattles, the 2 i have problem with Thanks Greg |

We have an idea of what the problem is. This has been resolved in the latest prerelease. However, before you update, we need to do some additional work on the connection to CTS because it uses a new FIX connection. We should have a new release out later today.

Thank you for your patience and we do apologize for the issue. We are now ready with all of the necessary changes for CTS FIX. The particular TPO Profile Chart problem you describe is also resolved. Please update Sierra Chart to the latest release by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. You will need to follow through the documentation here to use this new version: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/CTS_T4.php#UsingFIX You will need to change the symbols of the charts as explained. After changing the symbols, we recommend saving your Chartbooks under a different name by selecting File >> Save As for each Chartbook. This is because if you need to go back to a prior version, then you will have a Chartbook with the original name using the prior symbol format. Ok as i see i can not charge Spread Charts, I can not find them in CTS symbols.. If i click "get additional symbols" no spread symbols as before!!!! Please let me know what should i Do!!! greg |

One problem is you did not update to the latest prerelease. You are running one version earlier. You needed to update by using: Help >> Download Prerelease You also needed to update the symbols of the charts. We had provided you the link to the CTS T4 page for instructions but did not give the correct subsection: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/CTS_T4.php#UsingFIX Anyway, some of the symbols you need are missing for the new connection type. For any futures market you will also be able to use Get Additional Symbols to get all of the spreads. We see you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. The TPO chart problem you have described was resolved more than a month ago. Not sure What are u talking about, because Ok that you solve the problem with the TPO, but now you has problem with the CTS data base, I can not load most of the spreads and symbols... 2 weeks ago sb from sierra chart told me to change to the older version and to back up chart because i was not able to use sierra.. Now I do not know what to do.. !!! Greg |
