One problem is you did not update to the latest prerelease. You are running one version earlier. You needed to update by using:
Help >> Download Prerelease

You also needed to update the symbols of the charts. We had provided you the link to the CTS T4 page for instructions but did not give the correct subsection:

Anyway, some of the symbols you need are missing for the new connection type. We are working on that. For now please go back to the prior version using this link:

To open Chartbooks, you may need to use backup Chartbooks if you saved the Chartbooks under the new version. Here are instructions for that:
