charting symbols HVI and HVU (Horizon ETPs)

Hi, How do I open a chart for the symbols HVI and HVU, which are listed on the Toronto exchange. I have data through IB for the Toronto exchange and can chart the symbols through the IB TWS, but when I attempt to open charts with Sierra for those symbols, I am getting a black screen with no chart or text. You need to use a much more complete symbol specification which includes the security type and the exchange at a minimum.
