Hi, How do I open a chart for the symbols HVI and HVU, which are listed on the Toronto exchange. I have data through IB for the Toronto exchange and can chart the symbols through the IB TWS, but when I attempt to open charts with Sierra for those symbols, I am getting a black screen with no chart or text.
