Norton delete the dtcbridge.exe

Hello, I have a Problem. Norton removes file dtcbridge.exe, as file is a high degree of threat. This is normal? I remove the quarantined with this file?

We have not heard about this before, but the DTCBridge.exe file is definitely safe. This must be a false positive.
