Options symbol formatting not working

I have followed the proper symbol formatting and directions for pulling up an options DOM with CQG data, but I am getting inconsistent results at best.

I enter the following: C.US.EW4Z1622750

This should give me the E-mini S&P500 Week 4 options, and a few times it did pull up the DOM and I cross-referenced the bid/ask with Thinkorswim, which was correct. However, using that same format for the Put (P.US.EWZ1622750) gave me an unknown symbol error, and even changing the Call strike to 22700 or 22850 gave me the same error.

The options functionality is cumbersome and difficult at best, but not being able to pull data at all is not acceptable.

Also adding a screenshot of the same option being quoted without issue on CQG's platform, which tells me I receive the data from CQG and my broker just fine

Although it is more likely that our focus would be on developing options capability for CTS since we would have full control over that and can develop a much higher quality solution.

Perhaps it was an intermittent error, or Sierra Chart knew I was complaining about it, but now I am having no trouble pulling up options quotes via the quote board or the trading DOM

The error message does look like it is an intermittent issue. It is a CQG issue that we have no control over at all.

It was a joke haha, kind of like when your car is having an issue and it stops right before you get to the dealership. Thanks for clarifying where the issue is though, hopefully the option interface is much easier to use in the near future.
