If anyone could advise on this I be grateful. I have been trying to figure this out for a few hours.

On the DOM, my trades are being be closed out at market when I try to enter a stop on the DOM ladder. For example in a long, I am simply clicking the the sell column below market and my trade is being sold at market! I adjusted the trade window to both market and to stop and same results for both.

Thank you

Also:

1. Chartbook doesn't seem to hold my session time settings for the DOM, seeming to reset upon loading chartbook.
2. My Chartbook doesn't load any more upon start up. I have to manually load it;
3. When my DOMs load, they are blank. I need to go into each DOM and manually find the symbol to get their data to load.

All Occurring since yesterday when windows installed updates. Spent a LOT of time setting up this platform over the past few weeks.

With the issue of the stop on the DOM closing me out at market (mentioned in first post above), I can't trade with this unless I forego stops. Not really an option.

Support, any thoughts please?

The issues have been resolved by remote assistance.

We looked into the problem as to why based on the Session Times, the Trade DOM was blank and we cannot reproduce that problem and after thinking about it some more, we are not sure why that is happening. It should not.

What we want you to do is to go to a chart for the same symbol and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

Another thing to do is to right-click on the Scale numbers on the Trade DOM and select Auto Scale the Chart DOM.

Thank you. I have Deleted All Data and Downloaded. Closed Chartbook and reopened it. All seems to be in working order. The DOMs loaded properly, with all grids and data populated. As a test, I set my session times to RTH EST, with Volume by Price study set to From Session Start Time to End, closed chartbook and reopened, and DOM loaded properly with VbP reflecting RTH data.

Thank you again for your time and attention!!!
