The issues have been resolved by remote assistance. We looked into the problem as to why based on the Session Times, the Trade DOM was blank and we cannot reproduce that problem and after thinking about it some more, we are not sure why that is happening. It should not. What we want you to do is to go to a chart for the same symbol and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Another thing to do is to right-click on the Scale numbers on the Trade DOM and select Auto Scale the Chart DOM. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
