extra bars on hourly chart

It seems like the hourly chart, and maybe other charts has well, are painting extra bars -- every 30 minutes or so instead of each hour. It usually inserts a bar and says it is the 4:00 bar, when it's really between 8-12 am CST. I have my global time set to CST with the data service. I also have my date/time in Windows being set automatically. It seems to be fixed only when I manually delete and re-download the chart data, but then it immediately goes back to painting new incorrect data as the chart updates. See attached screenshots for examples of what it's doing before and after delete/redownload.

This appears to be a problem with your computer's clock.

Make sure Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock is False/unchecked.

After that re-download the data following the instructions in help topic 2.1.2:
