Hi is there any example how to do in acsil flatten all open positions when current time appears for example at 16:00

This is supported in the latest prerelease through Global Settings >>Global Profit/Loss Management.

Otherwise there is no example and ACSIL for this.

unfortunately when i start auto trading then it does not work when backtest it still holds position

Yes that is true. It is not going to work during back testing.
