In using Study Price Overlay, where I use it to reference higher time frames (say 4 hour) moving averages study into a 5-min chart; AND IT DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE.

It simply resets the higher time chart (i.e the referenced chart, 4-hour chart in my case) to the same as the one it called from i.e. 5-min chart in my case. In other words, 4-hour chart will be turned back and be timed as 5-min chart. And both charts will be 5-min charts then. Hope you follow me here.

I use this study a lot and really need help.

It appears that this has happened since the below update has been added since below is the message Sierra sends out if I were to change the referenced chart back to the 4-hour chart.

PLEASE, PLEASE HELP.

"Added a prompt when a chart is being referenced by another chart to clear that chart reference when the user tries to change the timeframe of a chart bar and that is not possible because of the reference."
