Unable to connect 2 instances of Sierra Chart to Transact using Sierra Chart data feed

I have 2 instances of Sierra Chart running on one machine. I am able to log into Transact via one instance of Sierra Chart, but I am unable to log into Transact with the second instance of Sierra Chart. I am using the Sierra Chart data feed. Both of the instances of Sierra Chart on this one machine are 1481. I am getting the following in the Message Log: TransAct Trading | You Are Connecting To A Live Price Server | 2016-11-15 14:57:58 * TransAct Trading | No Active Accounts | 2016-11-15 14:57:59 * TransAct Trading | Connection Lost To Transact Price Server. | 2016-11-15 14:57:59 * I had opened a ticket with Support@transactfutures.com but they pivoted the issue to the Sierra Chart support board. I am able to run multiple instances of Sierra Chart, and connect to Transact, on alternate machines using the same credentials and configurations. Any insights here? |
