Unable to connect 2 instances of Sierra Chart to Transact using Sierra Chart data feed

I have 2 instances of Sierra Chart running on one machine.

I am able to log into Transact via one instance of Sierra Chart, but I am unable to log into Transact with the second instance of Sierra Chart.

I am using the Sierra Chart data feed.

Both of the instances of Sierra Chart on this one machine are 1481.

I am getting the following in the Message Log:

TransAct Trading | You Are Connecting To A Live Price Server | 2016-11-15 14:57:58 *
TransAct Trading | No Active Accounts | 2016-11-15 14:57:59 *
TransAct Trading | Connection Lost To Transact Price Server. | 2016-11-15 14:57:59 *

I had opened a ticket with Support@transactfutures.com but they pivoted the issue to the Sierra Chart support board.

I am able to run multiple instances of Sierra Chart, and connect to Transact, on alternate machines using the same credentials and configurations.

Any insights here?

You need to ask them why it is that their system is indicating there are no active accounts when connecting with the particular Transact username you are using.
