Rectangle, triangle on top of studies

Attachment 1 shows arrow, line, and two rectangles. Arrow and line are visible on top of or away from other studies. However, no portion of a rectangle (triangle) is visible on top of another study, but is always "underneath" the other study. Can rectangles and triangles be displayed on top of studies like arrow and Line?

Attachment 2 and 3 are the controlling dialogue boxes. I don't see a way to put drawings on top of studies.

Thank you for the additional documentation reference, but it does NOT address the problem I am seeing. The problem is that Rectangles and triangles. filled or unfilled, all in "shown" state per your additional documentation, disappear if placed where a "fill" study is (Post #1, attachment 1), regardless of the region where a "fill" study is (e.g. "Fill to zero", "study subgraph reference"). If Triangle, rectangle were studies, I could arrange their order of appearance in the f6 dialogue box. I can't manipulate a drawing in that way except the order of drawing the tool itself, not the situation here. But all tools should overlay studies, it would seem. But in my Windows 7 environment, Rectangles and Triangle are hidden underneath filled or other studies, including price itself.
