Your Sierra Chart account is properly linked to the support board. Are you having any specific problem? Do you see the custom studies you are looking for in Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study? You will see a tree list. You will have to go to the very top of the list and collapse all of the branches to ensure you see all of the available groups of studies.
