Pivot Points-Daily - Removal of prior days lines

I'm hoping there's a simple explanation for this, but so far I've been unable to find it.

I have a Pivot Point-Daily Chart setup on a 4 minute chart with standard settings (i.e. Number of Days to Calculate set to 1, Use Saturday Data set to No, Reference Daily Chart for Data set to No etc.)

In my Chart Settings I have the Session Times set to 07:00 - 21:00, Use Evening Session is unchecked, and New Bar at Session Start is checked.

At the start of each new day I would expect the prior days pivots to disappear, and the new days pivots to begin.

However, the prior days pivots do NOT disappear - they remain in place.

I can force them to disappear by either hiding the study then un-hiding it, or setting the Number of Days to Calculate to 0, which seems to force a recalculation of the study forcing the Number of Days to Calculate back to 1 anyway.

Should the prior days pivots remain in place (even though I have Number of Days to Calculate set to 1), or should they disappear when the new day begins?

This behaviour has been in place for as long as I can remember, but isn't what I'd expect.

I'm currently running Sierra Chart Version 1473 on Windows 7 (64bit).

Thanks.

What you see is normal. The prior calculated lines are not going to automatically disappear as new data is added to the chart. And no, this is not something we would change.

You have to select Chart >> Recalculate.
