please combine "hand tool" and "chart value cross hair"

suggestion after clicking the "chart value cross hair" icon and press and hold the mouse left button to activate "hand tool" as well, so I can move the chart the same time Qcharts have this feature, you can do it too. |

This is how I have mine set, which is what I think you want, make sure the following are selected/checked: Step 1, Global Settings>>Tool Settings>>General Tab>>After Single Use Change to: Hand Step 2, Global Settings>>Tool Settings>>Chart Values Tab>>Always On When Using Other Tools Step 3, Tools>>Hand Set like this you see crosshairs all the time and can grab and move the chart around by left clicking on mouse.
