Hello,

Ever since Sunday I cannot connect to Gain servers. Friday everything was alright.
It connects to the prod server, then it gets disconnected from the FAST server, no error given.
I ve tried with an earlier release, 67 and I confirm I CAN connect. But most of my machines now run the current version, which does NOT connect to Gain servers, again.
I can connect with Gain s platform, and everything is going right there, but not in Sierra.

My best regards,

Tim

HTTPS connection to www.sierrachart.com:443 (3) | SSL connection closed by remote side.
GAIN Capital/OEC | Disconnected from the FAST market data server. <- this was the relevant message

I ve contacted Gain earlier and all of the sudden my Sierra CAN connect again to their servers ...

All in all it was equal to an error in here: Can not connect to OEC Server

It s a non event now. Everything is working as expected now, thank you.

These errors with Gain keep on coming each and every week, if it s not this it s that, if not that it s this. I have no problems with Rithmic. Maybe it s time for me to start thinking about moving to CQG or TT away from Gain ...

My best regards,

Tim

Yes unfortunately there is a ongoing problem with Gain Capital connections.

You could consider using CQG. TT is not really available choice now.
