Can not connect to OEC Server

Hi, Been trying to connect to OEC Server. tried just about everything. I'm on version 1468

Based upon what we see in this Message Log, you are being affected by a problem that Gain Capital has indicated they are aware of where their FIX server does not respond after sending a Logon message. We will let them know you are experiencing it.

This is what Gain Capital has said about this:
Thank you for your email. We are aware of the issue and have rolled out a fix to SIM. If client needs market data and does not need to trade, we can have the user connect to SIM until a fix to PROD is released. If the customer needs to trade, but cannot connect to PROD with Sierra and the server does not respond to the user, they can connect in OEC Trader.

The other related issue; is that it is affecting my Sierra Real time data feed. I am able to receive Eurex Data but not CME Group data.

We have temporarily solved the CME data feed problem for you now.

Set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data - All Services to be able to use the market data feed independent of Gain Capital.
