http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1476960132903.png For some reason historical bid/ask data is not loading into my charts this AM. When i try and change the lookback period on the charts as well it automatically defaults back to todays current data. As you see in the picture, the ask/bid volume difference indicator is not really loading at all. Please let me know how i can resolve this issue. Thanks, Brandon

Change the symbol of the chart to a single digit year and do not use two digit years. You can do this through Chart >> Chart Settings. Make sure you do that for ALL of the charts. I am not understanding when you say change the symbol of the chart to a single digit year? So do you mean instead of eg symbol-ESZ16 change to esZ2016?

well whatever i did just worked....i went into "find symbol" and then clicked duplicate active chart. It loaded everything up correctly. Still not sure the exact reason it worked.
