Hello,

I am working with fixed Profit target (PT) and fixed Stopp loss (SL). But recently when I enter the market either buy or sell on the marks of PT and SL it says "client child" and after entering the market both PT and SL disappears from the display and are not functional?

What is that? I cant have fixed SL and PT at the moment because of that.

Can you help me please?

You need to look at the Trade Activity Log and find out what the reason for those orders being canceled is. Refer to the instructions here:

Hello,

yesterday I was reffering a problém with my entry on the market and today I was having the same problém. I need you to have look on it, please.

I entered the markte E-mini NQ at 8:52,16 (USA time)(15:52 on Czech republic time) on the price 4833,75 through my "open trade window chart (SELL MKT). I had my fixed PT on the price 4831 (11 ticks) and my fixed SL on the price 4837,25 (14ticks). Although my PT on the price 4831 was hit, nothing had happened. I had to click on (BUY MKT) and do it manually. It was supposed to be bought automaticially obviously.

I had all the marks on my display for couple of seconds and then dissapearsed. I am connected with the IB but all my orders I execute on the Sierra Chart. Again it showed me something like "Client child". I have been trading live for almost 1 year now but it never happened before. After the while then all my marks of (SELL MKT) dessapearsed I even could not see on my "open trade window chart" which price I entered the market. There was no note at all. If I did not see it in IB I would not see anything according to Sierra Chart. So there must be something wrong on your side because I have not changed anything.

Could you have look on it please according to the data above.

I do not understand where is the problém.

And I did not mentioned that my PT bought on the price 4831 at the time 8:55 (USA time) and 15:55 (Czech republic time)

The problem you are experiencing might be because of this problem which began last Friday(October 14, 2016):
This is a current problem we are aware of:

When an IB execution message is received from Trader Workstation which indicates an order fill, the Total Filled Quantity field is zero which leads to the following issues:

- An overfill error occurs.
- The fill is not logged. This also affects any profit/loss calculations which depend on this.
- The internal position quantity is not immediately updated and will be updated eight seconds later.

This is something Interactive Brokers needs to solve.
