Is there a way currently to select a data feed that is different than the brokerage selected for order routing within a single instance of Sierra Chart?

I have automated trading software (grey box) that requires true tick data to function properly (DTN IQfeed) and generate signals to launch orders from but orders need to route through IB currently who's data isn't high quality.

Thanks

Yes. The easiest way to do this is to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Refer to:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php

Here is information specifically about this:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, *change* to the Teton service:

Thanks for response.

I already have multiple data feeds (IQ Feed being one)...can one accomplish this with existing data feeds or only through Sierra at the additional cost?...Is this something Sierra will offer anytime in the future?

Thanks

At this point in time it is very unlikely that IQ Feed would be integrated with trading services. We simply do not have any time in the next year to get to this.

So you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

Actually thinking about this some more, there is a way to use IQ Feed with a supported trading service and that is documented through the Find Symbol documentation:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/FileMenu.html#FileFindSymbol

It is just that this is not officially supported any longer but it is still available.

OK thanks I'll check it out, for now I signed up for Sierra Data but how can I tell if its set up correctly?

The symbol "ES-201612-Globex [CV][M]" shows...does the [M] indicate its receiving true tick data from Sierra? I know the trading is set to IB as an Auto Trader sent an order already.

Thanks again
