Scrolling to end (end, or ctrl-end buggy)

All charts are linked in terms of 'scroll position', so when I press 'end' on one, they should all scroll to the end. However it has recently become quite buggy. In it's place, ctrl-end also offers no solution. What will happen is a random group of charts will scroll to the end, but the rest will remain where they were. It is very annoying.

If you find that yours is fine on the surface and then try to dismiss my query, I will make a camtasia video which will take up more server space. Trust me on this, it is a glitch that has occurred on and off in my 2.5 years using your software.

Most definitely do not provide a video. This would not help us. We also do not know what ctrl-end would do since we do not know how you set up that keyboard shortcut.

It is very unlikely there is a bug with this and there is some other explanation.

We need to get your Chartbook and the steps to reproduce the problem.

Here are instructions to provide the Chartbook:

Attached is the chartbook file as per instruction (you clearly specify Sierra Chart support will request a Chartbook and we only need to see a single chart within that Chartbook.

In this particular case, we need the entire Chartbook. Not just a single chart.

We also need you to explain the steps which reproduce the problem or if you want you can provide a video which shows them.

Attached is the file. Note how some of the charts are scrolled to the end, and some are not.

1) Press end then change charts. Have all of the charts moved to the end?
2) If they haven't then please check for the problem. If they have, then drag one chart a few days backwards. Now change charts a few times, and then press end on a different chart
3) Have all of the charts moved to the end? Etc.

When opening a Chartbook all charts are always scrolled to the end. And that is what we saw.

We followed through your instructions and did not notice any problem. We would not expect to notice a problem. We did repeated tests.

What is unusual about your configuration is that there is no scrollbar or title bar on the charts. Although we can see no reason why that would matter.

When you press the End key, there is a direct call to set the scroll position for all linked charts when using that option.
