When opening a Chartbook all charts are always scrolled to the end. And that is what we saw. We followed through your instructions and did not notice any problem. We would not expect to notice a problem. We did repeated tests. What is unusual about your configuration is that there is no scrollbar or title bar on the charts. Although we can see no reason why that would matter. When you press the End key, there is a direct call to set the scroll position for all linked charts when using that option.
